Bio
BIO / Kyle S. Yoder
I am a people expert where my passion is to build an environment of trust and to bring out the best in those I work with. As a former pre-deployment trainer in the Army, I used my expertise as a Public Affairs Specialist and insights from my bachelor's degree in philosophy to build resilient and highly skilled teams that are unstoppable.
My vocation in life is to create work environments that are motivating, build relationships that are grounded in trust, and show how valuable each member is to the team.
While I wrote many published articles as a Public Affairs Specialist, I saw how public recognition for a job well done created a positive atmosphere for an entire organization. I created a weekly column in the Fort Hood Sentinel called the Soldier Weekly Highlight, where people across the base were shown how great they can be.
I am an active reader (My goal is to read 52 books this year) and an avid hiker (Appalachian trail here I come!). My wife and I love racing in charity runs and competing in Jiujitsu tournaments. We live in Lancaster, PA with our two dogs, Benny and Randy-Marsh.
